Dianne Van Volkenburg

For years, the name Dianne Van Volkenburg has been synonymous with Great Falls real estate. She has been a consistent Top Producer with a 20 year background in sales, marketing and negotiating. She has lived in the D.C. metro area for most of her life. She is highly regarded as a knowledgeable, service-oriented Real Estate Agent and high-energy negotiator.
 
Dianne served on the Executive Board for the Great Falls Citizens Association as Vice President and chaired the Land Use and Zoning Committee for over a decade. This provided her with an extensive knowledge of land use, development and the county process which greatly benefits her clients. She is married to developer and builder, Peter Gulick of Gulick Group. Together, along with her children, they reside in Great Falls. Dianne has an ability like no one else in the industry to prepare homes for the market through her strong understanding of buyers’ desires in selecting a new home.
